Downtown Noho MA is touted as having one of the "Top 10 Main Streets" in the country. This 4th floor condo is located one-half block off Main Street making it an ideal location for walking access to everything the artsy town has to offer. The building, built in the late 1800's was home to a boy's school during it's previous life then converted to apartments and condos during the 80's building boom. We removed every inch of interior wall and floors  to expose studs and unearth beautiful structural timber beams, and brick walls which were cleaned and left exposed.

An open riser custom staircase was added with 2'' slab stair treads, floors, and outdoor patio all made from kiln dried ash. Also, added was a gorgeous chef's kitchen as well as wet bar, bathrooms, vent-free fireplace and a library loft. Extraordinary millwork throughout and straightforward furniture classics elevate this sophisticated home to perfection.
